GP-142 Midnight On Snowman Hill - Winter might be over, but there is no reason not to start stitching a winter scene for next season. These seven snowman are just too cute! Stacked on top of each other among the tall whispering pines, they ascend on a steep mountain slope. The half-moon shines brightly and the stars are atwinkle. Stitched area 70w X 140h. |

GP-144 Full Moon At Bay - A youthful gray (timber) wolf challenges the stillness of the night, takes a stance on the highest cliff he can find, and howls as a declaration of territory against a bright full moon and stars so close you can almost touch. Stitched area 70w X 100h. |
GP-145 Nighttime Snack - Under a quarter moon and starry skies, a black bear searches for a sweet snack that he hopes to find inside a decaying tree stump. Stitched area 70w X 100h. |

GP-134 WOW About Friends - WOW About Friends is one of six new designs in the Glendon Place Words of Wisdom Collection that published in mid-February 2008. Words of Wisdom are eye-opening little sayings about a variety of topics that have an impact on our lives.
All of us know how important friends are in our life. Some days you wonder what in the world you would do without them! Ponder this thought for a moment - The best time to make friends is before you need them. Ain't that the truth! I am sure that you can think of that special friend that you would love to stitch this special piece for. |

GP-135 WOW About Life - We are all so busy running around trying to get things done - work a full-time job, take care of our families, maintain our households, pay the bills, and the list goes on and on. We're spinning through life at break-neck speed and when we finally get a second to think about anything, one of the first things we say is, “Gosh, where has the time gone?” This clever little saying reminds you to “Fill your years with life, not your life with years”. So basically - take time to smell the roses! You can begin by stitching this wonderful piece! |
GP-136 WOW About Character - You know the old saying, “If you can't say something nice, then don't say nothing at all!” Well nothing says more about a person's character than the actions they take and the words they speak. So, here's a profound and solid rule to live by - “If you speak well of others, you speak well of yourself”. It really makes you think doesn't it? |
GP-137 WOW About the Heart - “When the heart speaks, take good notes.” Some decisions you make in your life are best made based on just good logical sense, while others (of a more personal nature) are best made based on what you know is truly in your heart.
One way or the other, the bottom-line is to remain true to yourself and those you love. |
GP-138 WOW About Truth - “If you tell the truth, you don't have to remember anything” is by far my favorite saying in the Words of Wisdom Collection. It's as if this one line, clears the fog and allows me to see life so much clearer and simpler. Once again, it reminds me of another common phrase, “The truth will set you free!” |
GP-139 WOW About Success - “Judge your success by what you had to give up in order to get it.” So, you've climbed the ladder. You have the job you've always dreamed of. Big house, nice car, and all the material possessions your heart could desire. So, what did it cost you? Everything has a price! Wish you could spend more time with your family? Did you miss that once-in-a-lifetime event because you had to work late? We all measure success in different ways. To some, success is simply being able to balance all of it so that we don't miss out on life's simple pleasures.

GP-140 Gentleman Frost - This dapper chap dons a black top hat and multi-colored Scarf adorned with the words “Let It Snow”. He's also decorated grandly with a generous amount of Kreinik metallic braids, Mill Hill Beads, and motifs of pine cones, bells, mittens, fir trees and snowflakes.
Check out the companion piece “Madam Snow”. These two are sure to catch your eye and add some much needed sparkle to any room on the coldest of winter days! |

GP-141 Madam Snow - This glitzy gal obviously loves winter and is fashionably fit with her scenic winter shawl and coordinated hat! She's also decorated lavishly with Kreinik metallic braids, Mill Hill Beads and motifs of coca mugs, cardinals, boots and lots of snowflakes!
Check out the companion piece “Gentleman Frost”. These two are sure to catch your eye and add some much needed sparkle to any room on the coldest of winter days! |

GP-133 Santa's North Pole - My rendition of Santa's North Pole -- a magical place where you're welcomed at the gate by two larger-than-life toy soldiers, as well as Rudolph and a wee-lassie of an elf that goes by the name of Missy!
It's worth noting that none of the buildings or characters overlap each
other. I designed Santa's North Pole this way intentionally, in the
event you want to stitch your favorite parts or perhaps re-arrange the individual pieces around an heirloom tree skirt! |

GP-132 The Nativity - For those of you who loved We Three Kings, here is the second design in the 3-part series. It's bursting with rich color, lots of Kreinik metallic thread and a generous amount of Mill Hill beads. The design also includes the same brilliant star as found in We Three Kings. Be on the lookout for the third and final piece in the series later in 2008, where you'll find the shepherds following that same bright star to Bethlehem! |

GP-128 Franky The Thinker - His pose has a close resemblance to the famous sculpture by Auguste Rodin, popularly known as The Thinker Statue. You can't help but like him. Franky is depicted in sober meditation with hand on chin, right elbow to knee, and in a crouched position as he ponders how he came to be and the purpose of his existence. Stitched entirely in Anchor or DMC and what fun to stitch! |
GP-129 Mr. Bone Jangles - Have you ever seen a skeleton stitched with such detail? This guy really has a stage presence and looks like he could actually jump off the fabric and tap out a tune! Chart includes an embellishment pack containing Kreinik metallic braid and Mill Hill Crystal Treasures. |
GP-130 Vinny The Vampire - Here's another fun character to add to your Halloween décor! The colors are so vibrant when stitched on the Kermit hand-dyed linen. Whoever thought that purple and lime green would look so great together! Chart includes embellishment pack containing beads and crystal treasures by Mill Hill. |

GP-131 Whooo's There? - A Great Horned Owl wants to get in on the Halloweeen festivities! So with "Trick or Treat" bag in claw, he swoops down for a visit at the first light he sees. However, Mr. Pumpkin seems a bit unsettled at the manner in which he arrived! Stitched almost entirely in Weeks Dye Works. A magnificent use of rich, vibrant fall colors. |
