On Shepherds' Watch is the third and final design in The Nativity Series, which also includes GP-114 We Three Kings and GP-132 The Nativity. All three designs are stitched on 28ct Mystic Cashel Linen hand-dyed by Picture This Plus.

On Shepherds' Watch tells the story of three tired and weary shepherds who are drawn to the star shining brilliantly in the night. Almost miraculously it pulls them nearer to the small town of Bethlehem like a beacon in the harshness of the desert darkness.

As they draw closer an angel appears to tell them of the coming of our Savior Jesus Christ on this very special night. They kneel in awe and bow in reference because they know they are in the presence of something truly blessed and divine. Almost immediately they are no longer tired and they move toward the stable with incredible resiliency and an air of long-awaited anticipation.
