Wholesale Terms & Pricing

1. Please note that all prices listed on our site before registered wholesale login are Glendon Place Retail Prices in US Dollars.  Once logged in, pricing will be adjusted to 50% of the Suggested Retail Price (which in many cases is even lower than the Glendon Place Retail Price.  We hope that we have made the wholesale shopping experience as simple as possible.  If you have any problems with the ordering process, please contact us.
2. Glendon Place has no wholesale order minimums.

Everyday Promotion

Shipping/Postage

1. Orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
2. Shipping and handling charges are for postage only.  No additional charges apply.
3. Existing customers who select the payment option of Net 30 Days will receive FREE SHIPPING in the continental United States on orders over $100.
4. International Packages: 

• Per US Postal Regulations and Federal Laws, we mark customs labels with actual US dollar value paid for contents.  Your package can be confiscated if it doesn't meet postal and custom standards, so we work very hard to abide by all postal rules and regulations.
• With large international orders, it is often more economical to use FedEx priority shipping.  Rest assured, we will make every attempt to find the least expensive method of shipping on international orders.

  Returns

• Charts purchased may not be returned or exchanged unless you can prove that the item is not what you expected based upon the details given on the website.
• Charts that are approved for return will be exchanged for charts of equal or lesser value.
• As a general rule, exchanges are only acceptable if the charts are returned to Glendon Place in their original condition, suitable for re-sale, with all packaging intact, and within 30 days of the date of purchase.
• Postage expenses on the original order is non-refundable.
• Postage expenses for the return of the charts is at the retailers expense.
